Show up or the deposit is kept

Show up for the lesson. Need to move it? Ask 24 hours out.

What is the $30 hold?

It holds your hour and applies to the lesson when you show up. You pay a bit sooner, not extra. Mara sees it on the desk and you get email.

What if we need to reschedule?

Usually yes, with enough notice. Email Mara. They can move your hold to another open hour on the desk.
